Phillip Wong has hospitality in his blood. His parents owned a family restaurant and now he is keen to secure a permanent position in the industry. The 30-year-old, who has an intellectual disability, has been using Jobmatch for four years. With assistance from Jobmatch Phillip now works as a salad maker and food server at the Ministry of Food in the city.

Ben’s Building a Database at the Lupus Association

It is estimated that 1 in 700 people in Australia have lupus, a chronic, incurable autoimmune disease. Ben Gosling has taken up the challenge to help the Lupus Association members by collecting data on businesses and neighbourhood centres to promote fundraising and awareness respectively.
