Job Seeker Skills Training
There are many skills required to find a job, some are very general skills like clear communication, others are specific to job seeking like; building a resume, making applications, making application and follow up calls to potential employers, interview skills, and follow up skills.
Job Seeker Support
Sometimes having the skills is not enough, you also have to practice those skills. Jobmatch employment Advisors are there for you to put those skills into practice, through role play or through participation during the application process. This can be done when you are making written applications, making phone applications and follow up or attending interviews.
General Skills Support
Jobmatch Employment Advisors are trained in the recognition of good communication skills, written and spoken, presentation, personal hygiene, and sales techniques.
