    This includes ongoing and in-depth assessments by qualified and professional staff to uncover your strengths, areas for development, capabilities and preferences. This is done in conjunction with YOU to meet your goals and to help you achieve to the best of your capacity.

  • Northcott Jobmatch has qualified and professional staff to assist you in all aspects of job seeking
    This includes you completing training in the following areas: Finding a job / where to look for a job, preparing application letters and professional resumes, preparation for an interview and interview techniques. This may also include you participating in a Job Club. Job Club is a time where you can come into the Northcott office and utilise the telephones, internet and newspapers for job seeking. It is also a time that you can have the support of your employment advisor to assist you in preparing your applications.

  • Northcott Jobmatch offers post placement support
    Your dedicated Employment Advisor will continue to provide work related support for you. this will continue for a minimum of 26 weeks after you gain employment. This can be as simple as a phone call each week, through to your Employment Advisor being on the jobsite with you to provide training and support for a nominated period of time.

  • Northcott Jobmatch is a FREE service for all job seekers with a disability or barrier to gaining employment

Do I Qualify?

To qualify for Jobmatch assistance you need to fulfil several simple criteria: Aged between 15-64 years of age, have a disability and are willing to travel to Parramatta, Penrith or Hornsby have marketable vocational skills or a willingness to acquire them, comply with Centrelink guidelines for access to a specialised employment service.
