The Northcott Society recognises that ongoing learning and development of staff is integral to the continued provision of high quality service to consumers and the maintenance of an environment which is innovative, responsive and adaptable. Accordingly, it is Northcott’s policy that all staff members, permanent, casual and volunteers, will have access to appropriate learning and development to enable them to:

We provide professional development through a variety of ways including, traineeships, mentoring, supervision, study leave, internal courses, external workshops, professional memberships and conference attendance.

Employee Assistance Program

This is a counselling Service provided by Northcott which is free, voluntary and confidential.  The program can provide assistance to employees to deal with personal, family or work issues that affect their quality of life.
